  1. I have been trying since late this afternoon to get my new Direct Express card activate. Please help. The numbers I got in the mail are automated and won’t give me to a human.

  2. For months now I have been trying to get a replacement card, I have had no success! I have not received a card can you please help me. I lost the previous card and need to be replaced. I put in the request for it 2 months ago and still have not received a letter or anything, So hard to get of someone over the phone. Please respond.
